• recognized as a leading global expert in Management Systems and Project Management. He teaches at University Masters Courses and Colleges and speaks regularly at conferences, seminars and Trade Delegations. Mr. Tratch has direct work experience in: environment, construction, mining, education, health, financials, technology, agriculture, manufacturing, biotechnology, and real estate. Examples of cultural environments also worked in include: extreme remote fieldwork, first nations and multicultural, technology R&D, government, private, university, and nonprofit.

• certified in Market Entry Strategy (FITT), Project Management (PMP), Quality Management (ISO 9000 Series), Auditing (ISO 9000), Process Management (Six Sigma), Construction (Journeyman Carpenter), Mechanics (John Deer University) and Wastewater Collection & Treatment (Level 2 Certification). Mr. Tratch holds two degrees in Biology (B.Sc.) and Agriculture (Deans List) (B.S.A.) and is a certified Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.).
